ACEE SERVICE PROGRAM

We aim to empower community focal points to foster sustainable business startups.

OUR MISSION

To equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to establish and sustain successful businesses, thereby contributing to economic growth and job creation in the region

OUR VISION

To empower entrepreneurs, particularly women, out-of-school youth, and unemployed graduates, to build successful and sustainable businesses.

Arise Community Entrepreneur Enhancement (ACEE) Service Program

ACEE strives to mitigate this challenge by disseminating essential knowledge to the grassroots level. We aim to equip community focal point staff with networks, knowledge, tools, and a business model that allows them to earn while engaging their community. These focal points will be interconnected and linked with other ecosystem partners to access more resources and share learnings. Entrepreneurs trained from these centres will have the opportunity to enter long-term mentorship programs to further develop their businesses and gain access to capital. These entrepreneurs will be connected to each other, ecosystem partners, and the public to form robust linkages.

Benefits to Community Focal Points:
  1. Acquisition of practical financial knowledge.
  2. Access to business training.
  3. Utilization of practical business tools.
  4. Exposure to practical non-academic curricula.
  5. Assistance in developing their centre’s business model.
  6. Linkages into an ecosystem of partners and experts.
Benefits to Participants
  1. Personalized, long-term business mentorship to navigate business growth challenges.
  2. Learning opportunities from other entrepreneurs and their growth strategies.
  3. Information on market opportunities, linkages, and business networking.
  4. Access to patient capital to expand their business.
Expected Outcomes
  1. Enhanced resilience in the businesses of target beneficiaries.
  2. Inspirational stories from groups, youth, and refugees who start businesses using their talents, skills, and abilities, leading to a mindset change in their peers.
  3. Establishment of accessible mini-innovation hubs at the community level, not just for the university-educated.
